Kelly is well-known as one of the fashion and hospitality industry's most respected branding specialists, and she has the track record to prove it. Kelly is currently Head of Brand at lululemon where, on top of her many projects, she was featured in lululemon’s 2019 Run Campaign and created their speaker series called In The Practice. Kelly was voted Person of The Year by Tribeza in 2016, gained a spot in Ariana Huffington's Thrive Global 15 Influential Women to Watch in 2018, and cast as a Style Maker for Tribeza in 2018. Recently, she was mentioned as one of 50 most connected women in the U.S. by Marie Claire Magazine.

In Austin, Texas, Kelly created the SXstyle (Style & Tech) track of programming at SXSW. From 2010-2019, she held several positions with SXSW including Head of Press and Publicity, and most recently curated keynotes, featured speakers, and style & tech-related content for the conference. Currently, Kelly oversees brand and community initiatives for lululemon, and works on brand strategy for the Commodore Perry Estate, an Auberge Hotel property in Austin, Texas.

In her spare time, Kelly is a contributor for Forbes, focusing on women that keep empathy at the forefront of business, and also writes a monthly column for Camille Styles. She recently passed The Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 Introductory Course to further fuel her love for wine and the industry. If all this wasn't amazing enough, as a former Advisory Board and Advocate for USA Cycling, one of Kelly’s proudest, personal achievements is leading women's cycling rides for 100+ women at a time, growing the cycling community in Austin. It's true to say that if anyone knows how to build and grow an authentic community, it's Kelly.

Meet Dan Dillard

Dan Dillard is an Austin-based financial advisor and media entrepreneur. Dan's mission is to use his financial expertise to reimagine the education and business landscape in order to better equip the next generation as they navigate the shifting sands of the modern workforce.

Dan earned his Certified Financial Planning Certification (CFP) in 2005, once he realized the importance of financial education in the small business industry. The percentage of financial advisors that earn their CFP is about 10%, which allowed Dan to stand apart from the majority and bring a unique perspective to his clients.

Dan founded NEST Financial in 2013, where he proudly provides client-centered support and accessible financial education that has helped families and business owners develop strong financial plans for the last 7 years.

Through his experience as a financial advisor, he observed the disproportionate inflation of college costs over wages and the effect that was having on families trying to save up for college. Wanting to find a solution that would help people carve out their career path without breaking the bank lead to the birth of foundingMEDIA, a media platform dedicated to providing resources, information, and inspiration by helping people explore careers and learn from experts as they consider their own options, whether they’re fresh out of high school or seeking a new direction mid-career.

Two years in, Dan launched his first podcast - Masters and Founders Podcast.  Soon after, he created a network of local Austin podcasts centered around growth and learning what others are doing in particular sectors. Founding_media podcast network started in March 2019, with 12 titles on various emphasis and over 100 episodes produced and distributed. From Artists, to Doctors, Scientists to Entrepreneurs - the podcast guests shared one common mission, finding purpose in life and imparting inspiration and stories of their impact. The goal of the network is to provide a positive media channel with inspiring stories of the real world heroes living their life with purpose, mission and giving back.
