In the E-Commerce Optimization Audit, I will use my 11 years of marketing, social media, and e-commerce experience to examine your website and social media platforms, offering a plan of action to improve e-commerce sales.
You will receive a 3-page audit that includes:
- A detailed report giving an overview of where you are today and what concrete steps you need to take from a marketing perspective to reach your business goals
- An evaluation of marketing tactics across e-commerce and social media channels that impact lead generation and nurturing new and existing customers
- A visual audit on brand elements – fonts and color schemes, design elements – for website, email campaigns, landing pages, mobile, online ads, blogs, social media, sales collaterals, etc. to ensure an increase in traffic and sales.
- A content evaluation to assess your brand story; what must change / be recreated to tell your story best.
- A social media strategy analysis to determine how to increase engagement, followers, and gain interactive buyers from your social media channels and eliminate content that is clouding your marketing messaging.
- A product assessment to review your products and how they are being presented on your e-commerce platforms. Your audit report will allow you to remove any product barriers that may be stopping you from reaching your e-commerce potential
